From which income amount per annum must I pay tax?

Can you please tell me from which amount per annum (salary) does I have to fill in a tax form?

If you are earning above R70 700 for the 2015 then you should submit a return, but if you made income below that and yet still paid income tax you should submit as well in case you are due a refund.
