Foreign income - how to show on the ITR12?

does this mean I earn foreign income? I am a freelancer .
It does yes, but do you receive a set salary each month and an IRP5?
My salary varies every month depending on the hours of work. I do not receive a IRP5.
Yes it does mean you earn foreign income, do you work for more than just this company?
Yes
You can then include the net income from this job (so take off your expenses incurred in earning this income) and put it under the foreign income section of the return.
