Hi Tim, Please assist, I have earned foreign income working on the cruise ships. However, I have been in SA for more than 183 days for both 2013 tax year and 2014 tax year.Are there special exclusions for cruise ship income?Many thanks

Unfortunately not, if you are a South African tax resident then you need to have been out of SA for longer than 183 days in order to claim an exemption.
