EMP 501 completion?

how do I complete an EMP 501 , for paye reconcilation process and when should I submit it?

This should have been completed end of August already for the first 6 months of the 2014 individual tax year. You should don't load easyfile from the SARS website and complete the form on there by showing all the PAYE and UIF paid for the period.
