Emigrating and tax affairs

What does SARS need to finalise tax affairs when emigrating? All my local income will come to an end once I leave.

Once leaving South Africa will all your local income end or do you still have investments or properties that you'll be earning an income from? You need to submit your final tax return to them and then apply for a tax clearance for emigration.
