Electronic refund and reversal on my ITSA from SARS?

My ITSA for 2014 shows an electronic refund then a reversal. And I submitted my return on the 1st of July and still haven't received my refund. What does this mean?

We have had this complaint several times today and intend on following up with SARS. In the meantime could we ask that you call 0800 00 7277 and enquire if there is something specific with your account and let us know?

I have read earlier that Someone called the call centre about a similar question and ended up being audited and then there was a mix up..

How long does sars take to pay refund. And how does one know they are being audited

Did you receive an ITA34? On that document it states whether you will be audited or not. If you are not audited then the process generally takes 1-2 working days for the refund to happen.
