Yes, you should be able to deduct this expense if you can justify that it is incurred in production of your income.
You would need to pro-rata the bill though based on personal versus business usage (i.e you will need to estimate the % of time spent viewing these channels for business versus % of personal viewing time and then pro-rata the bill accordingly).
