Do I still use my original ITA34 calculation?

I did my tax return trough SARS eFiling. It show on ITA34 that I will receive an amount from SARS. They asked me for documents for review which I submitted. They the sent me a verification of assessment letter stating: "We refer to the verification of your assessment for the 2015 tax period. Please note that no adjustment has been made to this assessment."

This means that they are happy with the supporting documents you submitted and your assessment (ITA34) remains the same.
