Do I owe or I am Owed money by SARS?

I filed my tax returns on the 7th of July through efiling and after submitting it came back saying: Assessment Notice, Date: 2015/07/07 and Amount: R-4771. 41. What I want to know is; does this mean I owe SARS this amount or it is due to me and if it is due to me, when can I expect it?

NB: I did not receive any message requesting additional documents.

This means SARS owes you money, however you should call them to see why you have not been paid yet. Let us know.
