Do I need to submit my IT3(a) and will I get any tax returns?

The IT3(a) is a certificate issued to people who earned an income but was not taxed on the income, it would be best that you complete a tax form to keep your tax affairs up to date but you wont receive a refund as you did not pay any tax on your income.
