Do I have to declare my Abu Dhabi (UAE) salary to SARS and if so, where in the tax return ITR12 ?

I have a residence visa and work in Abu Dhabi (UAE) for the past 10 years for a local Abu Dhabi company. I visit South Africa once a year and always stay less than 30 days per year. The tax treaty between South Africa and the UAE is still pending. I also comply to all the provisions of S(10)1(o). Therefore I do not pay tax on my UAE income. My question is. . . Do I have to declare my Abu Dhabi (UAE) salary to SARS and if yes where in the TAX Return ITR12?

No, you have been out of SA so long that it would not be necessary to have to go through the process of completing and submitting a tax return.
