Do I calculate tax after deducting employees UIF, provident funds, allowances?

Do I calculate tax after I have debited UIF, Pension Fund and transport allowance or I calculate it before anything is debited?

Only deduct pension fund up to a maximum of 7.5% of the income earned by the employee, the rest does not get deducted when calculating PAYE.
