Difference between medical aid source codes?

Source Code 3810 is the fringe benefit that is included in your income which your employer contributes to your medical aid fund. Source code 4005 is the actual amount paid over to the fund and souce code 4474 is the amount of the fringe benefit (This is purely for SARS purposes)
