Didn't find proof of residence, no proof of address

I want to change an address at SARS and I can't find any proof of address documents such as statements. What an I use to prove my address?

Do you not have a lease or utility bill for electricity?

Cant find nothing, no one has an account. The owner of the house passed away.

Please call 0800 00 7277 in the morning and explain your story to SARS, ask them what must be done in a situation like this when there is no proof of address.
