Did TaxTim register me for eFiling on my behalf?

I have completed my return with TaxTim. It's my first return. Before using TaxTim I did not register for eFiling with SARS. Did TaxTim register me for eFiling on my behalf? I called the SARS call centre and the lady there said the system reflects that a third party registers me. Is this TaxTim? I would like my login details for eFiling!

We have registered you yes, but as you are registered on our profile now there are no login details for eFiling as no individual profile exists. Our tax director can send you whatever documents you need.

Thank you for replying. What should I do now? Should I register/create an individual profile if a profile for me already exists? Should I move my profile from being registered under the TaxTim profile, and if so, how do I go about this? I would just like to have access to my eFiling profile.

If you register a profile for yourself then you will have complete access. You can choose to leave shared access with TaxTim or take the whole thing over. TaxTim has your details, so next year it will be an even easier process.
