What is a dragline bucket?
It is a bucket used on a dragline machine, which removes overburden(ground) on top of coal, in open cast mining.

I have, and the item is not included.
We will have to get back to you about this as it would fall under mining equipment which is a specialised area of tax.

If the mine came into operation between 1973 -1990 then 10% per annum, if after 1990 then 12% per annum.
