Delay for my refund from sars when I submitted on the 5th and I'm due for a refund

I submitted my income tax return on the 5th of August 2015 and I'm due for a refund and my refund will not be audited but up to now no money have send to me do you you perhaps know what might cause all this delay. Regards

Have you submitted all your tax returns for all previous years?
No I have never submitted before I was submitting for the first time. but last year I submitted via eFiling.
SARS may be requiring older tax returns, depending on when you were registered as a taxpayer. Please call 0800 00 7277 to find out if this is the case.
