Costs for repairing of vehicle

I was involved in an accident the insurance did not pay to repair, can I claim some of the cost of repairs back?
This is your personal vehicle not used for work purposes other than getting to and from the office?

Unfortunately you cannot claim repairs for this, as SARS does not count trips from home to the office as being for work.
