Claim Unpaid tax returns from SARS?

Will SARS ever pay out my unpaid tax returns. SARS should hold records of my annual tax deductions from my various employment. So how should I claim for what is rightfully mine?

SARS will only pay out a refund if you over paid your taxes each year. You are not entitled to annual payments from SARS, only if you overpaid taxes. You would need to file a return each year in order to see if you are due a refund.
