Hi are you guys able to assist with changing proof of residence?and then submitting tax return

No not yet.
If changed my proof of address because I had some eFiling issues. But now my husband hasn't changed his...we moved to a different province.

So is it not necessary or can change of address be done on ceiling?

You can just change the details on eFiling under the "maintain registered details" tab or go into a SARS branch.
