Can you claim back school stationary, private school fees and gap insurance as a private individual

School stationery and school fees are both personal expenditure and therefore you cannot claim as a tax deduction. Gap cover is treated as short term insurance and not medical cover which means it is also not deductible for tax purposes unfortunately.
