Can I file a tax return before the tax season starts?

I am foreigner and have been working in SA since Dec 2014. My contract will be ended in the end of May 2016 and I will be leaving SA. Can I file tax return before I leave for tax year 2016 and 2017? Is e-filling still accessible after I leave the country?

The 2016 tax filing season (i.e. for 1 March 2015 - 29 Feb 2016) opens 1 July 2016 so you can file from this date.
