Can I claim the medical aid contirbutions I paid on behalf of my ex husband?

I have been paying medical aid for my ex husband, do I insert that as contributions made by myself, as I did not include this in my last submission?

Are you the main member of your ex husband's medical aid or do you just pay the contribution but he's the main member?
If you are the main member, you can claim the contributions but if you are not the main member you cant claim it.
