Can I apply for a bond if I don't pay tax?

I earn R5200 a month I guess my income is not taxable but can I apply for a home loan if my salary doesn't have tax information??

Yes you can, the bank may still require a tax number, but you won't have to pay any tax. It would depend on the bank.
