Can education/training/online training be claimed from tax if you're self employed?

Yes, training course can be used as a deduction, however big items like studying towards degrees cannot.
Ok great thanks. So short online courses that cost between R1,000 to R2,000 per course will qualify?
There is no specific amount, but generally one day courses etc are acceptable so short online course should be too.
