Both employed and have a business run from home

Can I claim home office expenses if I run a business from home (at night) but I also work a regular 9-5. Also in this case can I claim Internet, cellphone, cleaning equipment?

Yes you can claim these expenses which will be offset against the business income you earn from running your own business.
