Audited on claim for special needs child's expenses, whats the best way to submit receipts

We have an autistic son which we claimed special tutuion, additional medical and other expenses.We have done this previously but this year we were audited. When we submit proof.ie invoices of tution, what is the best way to submit receipts for nappies and supplements, ie. would we scan in each till slip or can we just submit our excel sheet?

It would be best to submit the actual slips and a spreadsheet, just to avoid SARS coming back and asking further questions.
