Are independent contractors buisness or individual taxpayers

I am registered as an independent contractor code 3616, do I fill my ITR12 as an individual or as business. I pay wages to my two employees but don't know how fill it out on the form.

Yes I do receive an IRP5, but I have to pay tax myself and cover everything like paying people who work with me, own vehicle and petrol and buy and maintain my own tools.The code on my RIP5 is 3616 so im not sure if I have to submit as business or individual.

You would submit as an individual and put all your expenses under the other expenses under other deductions.

Travel Allowance
