Additional tax claim from 2009 - what to do?

I heard that we can claim additional tax back from 2009. Do you know if this is true that we paid more PAYE as we suppose to and can claim tax back?

You can go back and open up old returns, if you were using eFiling you can do it online or you will have to go into a SARS branch in order to open up the returns.
