I've received this message each time I make the request: "The tax type cannot be moved because the registration of the holding taxpayer is awaiting registration verification".

If you were you asked by SARS to go into the branch and verify your personal details. Then, you'd need to please go into SARS with your ID, latest proof of address and 3 months latest stamped bank statements in order to verify your profile.
