Query Audited Tax Returns

SARS has audited me and it was found that I owe them money. My tax is a mess and I'm wondering if it can get sorted out. I barely receive any money back from SARS. Something seems to be wrong with my tax returns.

We unfortunately do not offer a service whereby we query audited tax returns with SARS, could you kindly go into a SARS branch with your supporting documents for the 3 years and ask them to look at it again please.
