If married in community of property, should the passive income be divided between the spouses?

If married in community of property, you must click yes to that question asking that. What will happen is the return will be marked the same and when you transfer the information to eFiling then on calculation it will be split. So you would need to disclose all the income you receive and SARS will split it.
