How to get a tax refund?

I have been submitting my IRP5 for tax return for the past 12 years but I have never received a refund, why is that?

This could be due to the fact that all your employee's tax has been paid correctly or you do not have any deductions such as medical aid/retirement fund/pension fund or similar that can reduce your tax payable.
