How do i get my refund/returns from sars?

I recently submitted my returns, how do I get my returns? Do i have to go to sars offices again and supply my banking details or do they have them when I submitted? my ITA34 says at the bottom that no banking details are included so no money will be paid to me. How do I know they have my banking details? please help....

If SARS does not have your banking details then you will need to go into a SARS branch with these and proof from your bank in order for them to capture your details and make payment. You could send this into SARS via post, but this will take way too long.

Based on what you have said on the information on your ITA34 they don't have your details so you will need to go into a branch.

The sooner you do go though the quicker they will pay your refund due.
